Monthly Mini-Workshop: Overcome Obstacles & Release Yourself From Self-Limiting Beliefs
In these mini-workshops, Tanya will offer a glimpse into some of the timeless teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. You’ll be invited to experience yoga postures as an embodied practice — where as the body is a sacred vehicle for transformation, not an obstacle towards it.
Style: Hatha for all levels. The practice will include sun salutations, standing, sitting and supine postures. Each practice will end with savasana and meditation.
Each class will accompany an optional at-home writing exercise for further contemplation and inner inquiry.
In this time there is a need for women to stand up, to rise and to connect with one another more than ever. It is alongside our sisters that we can be encouraged to be our raw, true, authentic and empowered selves.
As women, it is our responsibility to nurture, heal and lead our community. In this womens-only workshop, we will marry a powerful asana sequence with a practice of ritual to which we will be all be invited to reconnect with the core of presence within and throughout the building of a sacred circle.
